Rack type billet pusher operates to convey the billet on the billet exit table roller to the cooling bed for further cooling. The drive system of New Anjie produced billet pusher is composed by motor and reducer. The motor drive the gear and rack on the both ends through long axis and coupling, while ensuring synchronous running of the two gears.
Cooling bed is a working table to efficiently cool the slab, round billet, square billet, beam blank and other billets. It consists of mechanical drive system, water cooling system, cooling bed work table, fixed support and other components. New Anjie cooling bed is designed with standard elements, which can be combined based on factory’s product combination requirements and production capacity. The mechanical parts are all standardized to ensure stable equipment quality and high performance level. Under different requirements of cooling speed for different billets, the cooling bed can control the cooling speed through unintended braking and mechanical braking. If slow cooling speed is required, a thermal shield can be added over the cooling bed to slowly cool the billets. And if wants quick cooling, water spraying for the billet can be adopted for forced cooling.
